RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY!
At Reet Pehal, we have a strict no-return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect. We take great care to thoroughly inspect all items before shipment to ensure they are in perfect condition for your satisfaction.
Exchange Period:
Once you receive your previous package, the exchange period for product exchanges will begin and last for a duration of 3 to 5 days.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all identifiers and packaging still attached. Our representatives will inspect the item, and their decision will be final regarding its condition.
Guidelines for Exchanges:
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Each item may only be exchanged once.
  • Sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-returnable.
Exchange Process:
  • To exchange a product, please contact our customer service department via phone or email.
  • Our dedicated team will guide you through the exchange procedure, which may include providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for packaging.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for exchanges vary depending on the reason for the exchange:
  • If the exchange is due to personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be Rs.200.
  • If the exchange is a result of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Final Decision!
Reet Pehal has the final say in deciding whether to approve an exchange. They will consider the condition of the returned item and how well it follows the exchange policy.
NOTE!
Please ensure that you package the item carefully and choose a reputable courier when sending it back to us, as we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss during shipment.
Upon receiving the returned item at Reet Pehal, we will inspect it to ensure it is in brand-new condition. Afterward, we will notify you about the shipment of your exchange purchase, including any additional amount required to cover shipping costs and the price difference if the exchange item is more expensive.
