After Sales Service


We are pleased to provide after-sales repair service for Reet Pehal jewelry in Pakistan.


Please note that we can only offer repair service if the following conditions are met:

  • The product can be restored to its original condition or functionality without irreparable damage, as determined by Reet Pehal.
  • The item has not been previously repaired by a third party.
  • All necessary replacement parts are available.
  • The repairs are handled at our Lahore headquarters and typically take around two weeks. We make every effort to restore the item to its original condition within our capabilities, but we do not guarantee the final results or accept liability.

The cost of repair varies depending on the specific item and its defect. Reet Pehal charges only the actual repair costs without any markup. Re-plating a ring with gold or rhodium, for example, usually costs only Rs 400. If the item is a budget-friendly fashion piece and has reached the end of its useful life, it may be more cost-effective to purchase a replacement.

Please ensure to retrieve your item within one month after the completion of repair, as Reet Pehal will no longer be liable for any claims after that period.

Please note:

We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transportation. Please package the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and use a reputable courier service.

Include your contact information and return address with the item.

After the repair is completed, your item will be returned to you via a cash-on-delivery courier service. You are responsible for both the repair and return courier costs.
